Royal Beach Apartment is available for holiday rentals between April and October.
The cost per week is based on up to 4 people sharing. Any number of nights can be booked, but the minimum stay is 7 nights. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.
A security bond of £100.00* is payable with your balance to cover any breakages and/or damage. This will be refunded within 14 days of your return, once the apartment has been inspected.

What's included in the rental cost
- Internet access (Wi-Fi)
- Air-conditioning
- Linen and bath towels (excluding beach towels)
- Use of the hotel's facilities including three outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, sun loungers and umbrellas
What's not included in the rental cost
- Flights - these will need to be booked separately. Please refer to our information on flights to Bulgaria.
- Transfers - it's a 40 minute journey from Bourgas Airport to Royal Beach Apartment. Please refer to our information on transfers from Bourgas Airport to Sunny Beach.
- Travel Insurance - we always recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance
- Some of the hotel's facilities incur a charge, e.g. gym, sauna, massage and spa treatments
How to book Royal Beach Apartment
By cash, bank transfer or Paypal (2% surcharge for Paypal)
- Check the online availability calendar to see if your chosen dates are free
- Contact us by Email or telephone and we will reserve your dates for 48 hours (without obligation) giving you time to arrange flights to Bulgaria
- A booking form and terms & conditions will be emailed to you
- Return the completed booking form along with your deposit
- Your booking will be confirmed
Online by debit or credit card
- Click on the link below to open the online booking system
- Enter your dates and the number of people using the drop-down boxes and click 'request booking'
- Check the details and tick the box to confirm that you have read and accepted the booking contract
- Click the button at the bottom of the page to continue
- Enter your email address and choose a password
- Follow the prompts and you will be taken to the secure online payment page where you will be asked for your card payment details
* For online bookings, there is a £30.00 non-refundable damage / breakage waiver instead of the £100.00 refundable security bond. This covers you for any breakages and / or damage up to £100.00.
